The Free Lance - A3 print

Yes it´s true. The wordt freelance originates from medieval times. Mercenary knights did not pledge loyalty to one king or lord but worked for the different lords, often the highest bidder. They were named after their freedom and their weapon: a lance.  = The Free Lance
